The One

Located in South East False Creek across 1st Avenue from the historical Salt Building, The One is a 3 building residential mixed use development which includes a public plaza.  Buildings are 11, 5 and 12 storeys, providing 241 residential units, and ground floor retail fronting the plaza at the site’s west end. The plaza, directly opposite the Salt Building, includes public art inspired by the heritage building. The 5-storey middle building includes two-level townhouses and a rooftop outdoor infinity-edge swimming pool and spa, with extensive landscaping. Building materials and colours relate to the previous light industrial context of the site. The east building includes 2-level townhouses at grade, as well as a bridge linking to the middle building’s rooftop amenity.
