Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre

Situated in the heart of Whistler Village, the Pan Pacific WVC is a 10 storey boutique strata hotel with 83 residential suites over underground parking.  The building includes Retail spaces, Resident (Employee) Housing, a Spa facility, and a Lounge.  Built over an existing underground parking facility, the project included seismic upgrade to the existing structure.  Exterior materials, colours, and detailing reinforce Whistler Village design guidelines.  The building form was sculpted, in part, to provide a framed view of ski runs, as viewed from an established viewpoint on nearby Village Stroll.
