Lougheed Towers Phase 1

Bingham + Hill Architects is responsible for development approval, coordination of construction documents, and contract administration for Phase 1 of Pinnacle International’s multi-phase Lougheed Tower development. Working closely with design architects JYOM Architects on the site that’s inherently a keystone to the Lougheed Core Masterplan. This will be a landmark building, becoming Western Canada’s tallest; the North tower at 850 ft with 81 storeys and 787 market condos and the South tower at 782 ft with 73 storeys and 681 market condos. The building includes a generous number of amenities provided for all residents, including an outdoor swimming pool with cabanas, a sky lounge and panoramic viewing deck on both towers, and commercial area of 591,000 sq ft within a 14 storey office podium that resides above ground floor retail. The exterior design concept by JYOM involves natural curves and flairs to emulate the petals of the calla lilies in bloom.
