Capstan Phase 4
As part of the final 2 phases of Pinnacle’s Richmond /Capstan, Phase 4 incorporates a multifunctional development on two legal lots with integrated service requirements. A hotel, Strata Residential and office uses on Lot 4 while Lot 3 incorporates both Strata and rental residential uses over a common parkade. Common to all these developments is the relationship to the pedestrian scale. All parking and hotel drop off is focus on a common courtyard off which all parking access and service functions take place. The hotel overlooks a park to the south and a common landscaped courtyard between it and the office building to the north. The office building provides a landmark corner to the two major roads in this area and employs colour and form in the office building’s facade to create a memorable corner.
