On Broadway

Located at Broadway and Maple in Vancouver on a site previously occupied by a parking lot serving a nearby supermarket the eight storey design of the building  was subject to significant scrutiny by planners and local residents. The resulting design reflected the desires of nearby residents and was consistent with local guidelines. Rooftop access from suites to landscaped decks and the two independent towers break down the massing of the project but create a unified streetwall and the ground level retail uses.
