Beverley

Prior to development of the Beverley, the sloping site was occupied by an aging townhouse complex with relatively low density. The redevelopment demonstrated to the city of White Rock that high density redevelopment could be a positive element in the rejuvenation of its neighbourhoods.

The design of the stepped building allows for uninterrupted views to the south, retained existing trees, developed a pedestrian oriented streetscape and a community playground. The balconies for the suites are grand in scale and there is a common amenity space on the roof with views of Mt Baker.
