Capstan Phase 1B

Capstan Phase 1 is the initial building within an overall 4 phase rezoning in Richmond bounded by Capstan Way, No. 3 Road  and Sea Island Way. Responding to the community plan the project includes ground oriented townhouses and Artist Studios at the ground level. Towers rise above a set back level at 80’, which in turn breaks up the apparent scale of the development for the 600 units which enclose an open courtyard above an elevated parkade.
