Capitol Residences

Capitol Residences is a 43 storey, 372 unit residential mixed-use development located in Vancouver's Entertainment District. The building is designed with a dynamic curved glass tower atop of a 7 level podium, which includes expanded Orpheum Theatre space, a new Civic Theatres rehearsal facility, and the VSO School of Music (with Recital Hall) where members of the Symphony teach classes.  The podium also includes ground floor Retail space, and offices for the Vancouver Symphony Society. The community contributions have been a significant benefit to the overall music and performing arts scene in Vancouver.
