670 East Broadway

670 E. Broadway is a 16-storey concrete tower proposed for the corner of Fraser Street and East Broadway in Vancouver. The project is providing 113 market housing units and 24 turn-key social housing units. Amenities are located throughout the building, including a shared podium rooftop for both residential uses. The ground floors of the project have large CRU units planned and attractive durable materials that enhance the public realm. At the corner of the site, a new public plaza is being designed with the integration of public art further enhancing the street level of this neighbourhood.

The social housing component of the project was design to meet the standards of the BC Housing Design Guidelines and the City of Vancouver Housing Design and Technical Guidelines.
