Destiny

Located amongst the lush greenery of the North Shore, Destiny is a multi-phase that is the epitome of West Coast design. Large timber members accentuate entrances and terraces, with cultured stone siding and glazing making up the remainder of the exterior. Residences along the ground floor have walkout decks that hover over a large reflection pool. Opposite the pool, a well appointed amenity structure has been designed for the enjoyment of all residences.

Destiny is the latest of a series of projects we have designed over the last 25 years on the Tseil-Waututh Nation land on Burrard Inlet. Built on a sloping site the unique location against a forest background, the surrounding nature provided the potential to use a strong West Coast motif with overhangs for the building and flowing water in the landscape. The parkade below the water feature provides a unique opportunity to incorporate the signature waterfall.
