West Village Parcel 7

Parcel 7 is one of several lots being developed in the growing West Village district of City Centre in Surrey. The 43 storey tower with 4-storey podium includes 487 units ranging in sizes from studio micro-units to 3-bedroom penthouses. The creative direction for the project and its neighbouring sites was determined to be ‘neon’, with Parcel 7 focusing specifically on neon blue. This initial idea inspired Bingham Hill to explore the use of LED lighting as well as blue colour glazing in the guardrail expression to create a distinct and memorable design for a tower in a rapidly growing area. The balcony forms have also been rigorously designed to evoke a dynamic sense of movement from a static element on the building’s facade.
