Two Burrard Place

Bingham + Hill Architects are the architects of record for the next phase of Reliance Properties multi-phase Burrard Place development. Working closely with design architects NMDA from Los Angeles the design team is responsible for the coordination of construction documentation and construction administration of this 35 storey mixed-use project. The building includes 239 market condo and 24 market rental units, ground floor retail, and 3 levels of offices. The exterior design concept by NMDA involves a 4 sided silicon joint curtain wall system with extensive ceramic frit glazed edge patterning and silver spandrel glass, within black metal panel frames in a staggered pattern, giving the effect of an analogue film strip in motion.
